Major Role :
Responsible for implementing and to help Program Manager to control financial process and ensure the alignment with relevant policies and standard. He/she should also improve community capacity in financial management as well as established transparent and accountable financial system.
Qualifications :
- S1 degree in Accounting
- Willing to be based in Papua (Jayawijaya)
3. HR Admin Support (Code : HRA)
Location : Jakarta
Major Roles :
To provide a wide range of administrative support services to the Personnel
unit. To maintain an efficient HR administration systems and procedures, with
particular emphasis on Recruitment and filing management.
Qualifications :
- S1 degree
- Min. 1 year experience in administration.
- Computer skill
- Attention to detail
4. Sponsorship Information System Coordinator (code: SIS)
Location:Jakarta
Major Rules:
Responsible to support the overall World Vision Indonesia ministry through
Sponsorship Operation Service particularly in the management of Sponsorship
Information data and system .
Qualifications:
- S1 degree
- Min. 2 years experience in IT
- Min TOEFL 500
- Experience in facilitating training
- Experience in analyzing data and writing reports
- Understanding on programming
5. Campaign Communications Officer/Graphic Designer (code : CO)
Location:Jakarta
Major Rules:
The Campaign Communication Officer will assist in the development and
achievement of objectives and targets related to communications (internal and
external) for the special project Global Child Health Campaign.
Qualifications :
· S1 degree in Graphic Design or Communications Studies.
· Min. 1 year experience as a graphic designer, communications officer or
experience working in ad agency, or similar.
· Excellent skills in design and desktop publishing., fluent to use
computer software applications for graphic design (Photoshop, InDesign,
Macromedia Free Hand, CorelDraw, Flash) and standard computer software (MS Word,
Power Point, Excel)
· English-language fluency (written and verbal).
· Having writing and photographic skills would be highly appreciated.
· Specialist skills in several aspects of media productions, such as
copywriting, editing, book publishing, digital media or website development.
6. Marketing Communication (code : MarCom)

Qualifications :

Major Role :

9. Media Relation Officer (code : MRO)
Location :Jakarta
Major Roles:
This position has responsibility to promote brand awareness among the public and
stakeholder, by conducting media relations activities and internal as well as
external events to ensure the audience and participants will have suitable
exposure about World Vision, so they will have a chance to be involved in the
ministry.
Qualifications:
· S-1 degree
· Min. 3 year experiences in Media Relation
· Fluent in English
10.Child Health Coordinator (Code : Health)
Location : Papua (Jayawijaya)
Major Role :
This will be achieved by overall coordinating and overseeing the strategic and
technical aspects of the health project (assessment, planning, implementing,
monitoring, and evaluation) as well as guiding and building the capacity of the
staff to effectively manage the day to day aspects of the project. The Child
Health Coordinator will ensure the Project meet performance goals, and increase
accountability and quality in a way that reflects World Vision’s core values,
mission, and strategic directions. The Child Health Coordinator will maintain
and enhance the role of World Vision Indonesia in advocating for and responding
to child health needs in Jayawijaya as related to WV Indonesia strategy.
Qualifications:
· Medical Doctor with strong public health background OR bachelor degree in
public health or nursing with extensive experience in child survival program. An
individual with clinical experience is preferred.
· Min. 2 years experience in a related maternal and child health in Indonesia
· Technical knowledge about breastfeeding, diarrhea, pneumonia, and IMCI/C-IMCI
· Knowledge of survey measurement (experience conducting KPC and/or
anthropometry surveys),
· Knowledge and experience of behaviour change methodologies and facilitation
skills.
· Able to motivate, organize, and train staff
· Fluent in English
· Previous experience in programme or project design, implementation,
monitoring, evaluation and report writing
· Previous experience in budgeting, financial management and administration
